Returns & Refund Policy
RaiderFab Bumper Fitment Solutions LLC is not responsible for incorrectly placed orders. If you would like to cancel an order, you must contact RaiderFab prior to the order being shipped. RaiderFab Bumper Fitment Solutions LLC will only accept returns after approval. The items MUST be in the original packaging having not been installed no later than 30 days from the date the item ships from RaiderFab Bumper Fitment Solutions LLC. It is up to the purchaser to report any damaged or missing items in a shipment within 5 days of shipment being received.
Any and all approved returns or exchanges are subject to re-stocking fee up to 20% to cover original processing and shipping costs. Fees to return items to RaiderFab Bumper Fitment Solutions LLC are the responsibility of the purchaser. Refunds are issued to the method of original purchase. Please allow up to 7 days for processing. Returns or refunds are not allowed on any used or installed products outside of warranty defect. If a return is received, and the items are found to have been used or installed, the refund will be denied. It will be up to the buyer to pay for shipping & handling back to to them. If we receive a return that was improperly packaged, a fee will be added for the damages, on top of the restocking fees.
